These guys are experts at helping you find the perfect gift. Great if your children are 6 or younger, otherwise not the best local toys tore I have seen. The toys are oriented to younger children, and most toys didnt seem to excite my 8 year old daughter. Absolutely perfect place to go for all us collectors! If you need a pop come here! They even have their own website too and if they dont have a pop there theyll let you know when they do. The staff is great, friendly, and they make you feel very welcome there.
Then I heard about these guys on Instagram, and since then I have become a regular at their shop. I started collecting pops over two years ago and always had trouble finding rare, exclusive, and chase pops. Their response was prompt and they offered a great solution - truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with their products. When I had a problem with one of the toys, I contacted Timeless Toys via email. My kids had a BLAST in the store, and I brought a few great toys back to Minnesota with us. I admired Timeless Toys long before I had kids, so when I had a chance to bring my kids there it was so exciting! We no longer live in Chicago, but returned for a visit and made sure to stop. The last time I was there, I just made it with 15 minutes to spare and was reminded at least six times "Were closing in a few minutes." If I didnt have the love I have for the store, if it had been my first time, I would have left and not come back. Staying open a little later one or two nights a week would be really helpful. One note- their hours are not working-parent friendly. There are two places that my daughter remembers vividly from her early childhood-one was Kiddieland, and the other was Timeless Toys. They have things here you will not find anywhere else, and toys your child will be able to pass down to his or her own children (a phase Im in right now). This is my forever go-to for special childrens presents.
